Journalist, co-founder and editor of the Chytomo cultural and publishing project. In 2018, she was a part of the creative group for conducting a large-scale sociological poll ‘Ukrainian Reading Publishing Data 2018’ on the current state of the book publishing market and readers’ preferences.

Oksana Khmeliovska founded and organized a festival of young publishers and editors – Guttenberg Storm Troops (2010-2012). She was participating in organizing the work of the Ukrainian stand at the Frankfurt Book Fair (2015-2017). Worked as a journalist and editor of TV programs Book.ua, PROdesign, the head of the press service of the Lviv Publishers Forum, a journalist of the Tyzhden.ua magazine, etc. She is the author of a project of discussions with Ukrainian scientists called ‘Scientific Approach’ for platfor.ma. As a journalist, she collaborated with various Ukrainian media.

In 2015, she joined the Book Arsenal team as a co-coordinator of special projects, and from 2016 to 2019 worked as a Festival coordinator. This year, she is curating Professional Development Programs for the book industry workers.
