This book is an anthology of the regular group of Mystetskyi Barbican, that built a temporary open-air gallery on the approaches to Maidan in front of Khreshchatyk underground station. On the map of “antiterrorist operation” this object had a number 92 and was placed in the zone of fire of snipers. Created by architect Dmytro Zhyla, Barbican was designed by works created by Olexa Mann, Ivan Semesiuk, Andrii Yermolenko. During that time, it was a place for exhibitions, literary readings, lectures and had become a meeting place for a wide group of Ukrainian intellectuals.
