Working hours: Wednesday-Sunday, from 12 PM to 8 PM (the Ticket Office is open until 7.30 PM).

Free Admission (with valid documents):

• children (12 and under)
• accompanying persons of a group of children (1 accompanying person per 10 children)
• children and adults with disabilities and their accompanying persons (1 person)*****
• military, combat veterans*****
• museums personnel and National Union of Artists of Ukraine members*****
• internally displaced persons*****
• CIMAM, ICOM members

*The adult ticket is valid for adults and children aged 12 and over.
**The discount ticket is valid for children aged 12 and over, students and elderly people (provided they have a valid pension certificate).
***The family ticket is reserved for 2 adults and 1-2 children 4 children (aged 12 and over).
****Tickets for excursion are available for groups of up to 10 people.
