Reduced ticket is available for retirees, schoolchildren 12-18, students (valid ID or proof of entitlement required). You can also buy reduced ticket online but at the entrance there could be a selective check of documents. Please, make sure that you take your certification with yourself.

Family ticket is available for two adults and from one to three children aged 12-18.

Free ticket is available for children under 12, people with disabilities of 1-2 groups and their attendants, participants and veterans of ATO, museum workers (valid ID or proof of entitlement required) and owners of membership cards.

Tickets may be purchased at the Mystetskyi arsenal ticket office but we advise to buy them online. You can also buy reduced ticket online but at the entrance there could be a selective check of documents. Please, make sure that you take your certification with yourself.

Ticket for one day gives right for one-time entrance to the territory of Mystetskyi Arsenal. If you need to go out of the Arsenal’s territory and come in again in the same day, you should get a sticker from the guard near the exit.

On weekdays, on Thursday, May 23, and Friday, May 24 from 10:00 to 12:00, the entrance is free for everyone.

Please note that the Fair schedule differs from the schedule of the Festival.

The entrance ticket gives the right to attend all festival events during the day.

For the Book Arsenal, Ukrainian publishers have released many new books.  All information about them you can find out at the Book Arsenal novelties display case, located at the Fair entrance zone

Baby changing tables are available in the women’s, men’s and family restrooms of left and right wings of building. Also they can use the room for baby care which is situated in entrance zone of right wing of building.

Mystetskyi Arsenal improves every day for making itself as affordable as possible for people with disabilities. The first floor of Arsenal fully customized for movement of people on trolleys and parents with children in the carriages. Stairs on the second floor aren’t equipped with ramps or lifts at the moment. Engaged employees of Arsenal are ready for helping, if necessary, get to the second floor visitors who need some help. Please, just ask somebody from Arsenal’s team, administrators of stands, guards in the event of such a need.
